Payments for Services
Provided by Dr. Sparrow and Associates
Prepayment for Services is Required.
After you complete our Client Intake Form, our Practice Manager Julie will contact you and discuss your interests in receiving services from us. Depending on who provides services, you will be charged for services according to the fee or copayment due.
Our policy is to have a credit card of yours on file so that our Office Manager can charge for services on the day they are rendered. She will get that information from you prior to your first appointment.
Fees:
If you have insurance that we work with,
you will be responsible for only the copayment.
- Dr. Sparrow charges $150 an hourly session for his services.
- We charge $130 for fully licensed LPCs working with us.
- We charge $90 per session for services rendered by our LPC-Associates.
- If you qualify for DreamStar Discount Online Counseling (DDOC)—that is, you cannot afford your counselor's full fee and you do not have insurance—you will be charged $50 per session.
- If you miss an appointment without providing 24-hour prior notice, we require a payment of $80 for any missed appointments.
- You can pay your insurance copayment here. Check first with Julie to find out what you owe.
Most of the time, Julie will bill your card for you if you have provided one for us to keep on file. Otherwise, please click on the PayPal/Venmo submission link below to pay the amount you owe. If you are in doubt, please talk to Julie at 956-309-3730 before remitting payment.

If you have received free counseling and/or dreamwork from a student being supervised by Dr. Sparrow, please consider donating to their supervision/education expenses.
